CLEANLIGHT
POLYCARBONATE Single layer sheet

A single layer sheet made by extrusion molding and cutting/processing with POLYCARBONATE RESIN is called CLEANLIGHT.
CLEANLIGHT is the most common product, and it is highly impactable and processable, so it is generally used in electrical
and electronic industries as well as for construction, and is effective in creating aesthetic spaces with free molding and
various colors and thickness.

CLEANLIGHT Key Characteristics

Shock resistance (250x glass): With its excellent impact resistance, it has 250 times the impact strength of glass, is safe because it is not easily broken, and has a bulletproof effect,
so you can use it freely even in places that require safety. (Protection Appliances and Shield for Suppression)
Transparency (transparent as glass): It is clear and transparent like glass, so it transmits 82-92% of light, and in the case of traditional market arcades used for blocking a certain amount of light,
it adjusts the light transmittance by applying products such as milky white by adding pigments.
Lightweight: Compared to regular glass, the weight is low and almost half as light, which can reduce labor costs during construction.
For curved surface construction: The flexibility makes it easy to construct the curved surface, and the maximum permissible radius of curvature must be observed just like the archlight.
Excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, weather resistance: A thermal deformation temperature of 135°C and a vulnerable temperature of -50°C to 140°C, which is resistant to a wide range of temperatures,
with the addition of ultraviolet stabilizers and a separate special manufacturing method.
Self-extinguishing (flame retarding): It melts flexibly in the strong heat of the fire, but it does not contribute to the fire becoming bigger as the fire spreads.
